Grass-fed and finished beef is higher in B vitamins, Zinc, Omega 3 fatty acids, CLA, Beta-Carotene, Vitamin E, Retinol and Vitamin K2. These nutrients help with brain function, energy, immune function and more.
We purchase and raise breeds of cattle that fatten well on 100% grass. This allows us to produce tender, juicy and flavorful beef on grass alone. Cattle are regularly rotated to new pasture to provide fresh nutritious forage. After butchering, our beef is dry aged for about 14 days to further improve flavor and tenderness.
All of our beef is processed in a USDA certified and inspected facility and conveniently vacuum packaged for freshness.

Our bulk beef is one of your best options for getting the highest quality grass fed beef at a great price. Our bulk beef is available seasonally on a first-come first served basis.
Our listed price per pound is for the actual packaged meat you receive. We will let you know when your order is ready for pickup at the butcher.
Your bulk beef order will include steaks (Delmonico, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, Petite Tender*, Sirloin, Flank*, Flat Iron, Chuck Eye and Skirt*), short ribs, brisket, roasts (Chuck, Rump and Sirloin Tip), and ground beef.
*These cuts only available on whole and half purchases.
If you would prefer to customize your beef order, just let us know and we can help you fill out your butcher cut sheet. Any additional processing costs beyond the standard package will be added to your invoice. (i.e. special products like hotdog, sausage, hamburgers)
We offer a 100% Guarantee on our bulk grass-fed beef. We’re confident you’ll enjoy our beef, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will pickup your beef and refund your order in full. If you have feedback for us, but want to keep your beef, please let us know. We are constantly working to improve the experience for our customers.
